A well run hotel, good facilities all round, hard-working and pleasant staff, good quality breakfasts. Would definitely recommend. Good bus service into old town.

Yes, shame about the dreadful coffee served in the dining room at breakfast ! (coffee at poolside bar excellent, though)

Clean and modern rooms, location was good just a short walk and bus ride to old town, and a short walk to many great restaurants of the Lapad area.

Conven ience and breakfasts

The Hotel has an excellent location, convenient for the old town 10 minutes on the bus, but quiet location. Pool is nice but busy, staff very helpfull.

Shortage of sunbeds at times, would have been perfect if the hotel had a spa, strange a hotel of this size had no gym or sauna, steam room etc.

Excellent location overlooking harbour area; good bus connection to town. First class breakfast and comfortable poolside bar; reasonable sized pool and very attentive, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Route to old town Dubrovnik took too long and buses crowded, stop for the quicker journey a bit far, maybe hotel could offer drop off pick up service

Everything. The staff were so helpful to our personal needs. We stayed eleven nights and were able to know some of them on a first-name basis. They even took note of my birthday and sent up a very nice arrangement of fruit on that day. The room and balcony were a perfect location for us. The housekeeping staff were on point. We would definitely return and request the same room number. The pool area always had sun and though it lays just off the road it never seemed too noisy. All guests seemed mature enough to handle such a nice place. We look forward to our return one day. We miss it already and still speak well of it as our holiday continues.

It wasn't an issue, really but the pool closes at 7:00 P.M. Then comes either a dj or singing group on a nightly basis. I enjoyed listening to the local traditional music group one evening and that would be enough for me. I wouldn't book a room with a front view over the pool and bay because one would be subjected to the nightly entertainment, like it or not. Still, I understand and support the idea of entertainment. I am ironically a music lover but when I go on holiday I tend to want some peace and quiet.

The hotel was immaculately clean and attention to detail in the rooms and public areas were there. The room was very modern, well maintained and comfortable. Evening meal (we ate at the buffet one night and al-la-carte the other) staff were attentive and the quality of the food produce was excellent - great selection - Pool bar food and drinks were priced just right too and were good quality, as was the breakfast. The restaurant manager (evening) was the only staff member that made us feel welcome and had a smile on his face, along with the pool boy/lifeguard. Nice relaxing location in the evening, with a little entertainment laid on around the pool.

Pool area was small, however you could always get a bed and towels. You had to chase the sun around the pool throughout the day. Breakfast staff and reception staff were not very attentive or welcoming at all and felt that everything we asked for was a hassle, thats when they were not stood chatting to each other. We previously stayed in Cavtat where we got engaged - I had advised this hotel in advance of our news, to make the stay that little more special for my fiancé, however this was not acknowledged and was a massive let down all round, especially when we were charged 20HK for an ice bucket to be delivered to the room - Its not the cost, its more the principle. Reception staff made it seem that everything was a hassle, from asking if our room was ready, to asking for a map. Following the reviews of other travellers, maybe our expectations were high, and compared to other hotels we have stayed in all around the world, this was not one that we would recommend to others.

The friendliness of the staff.Always willing to help and with a sense of humour. While I did not have any evening meals , some of my family and friends ate there two evenings and said it was very good and good value.We had an arranged barbecue on the sunday evening the day after my sons wedding, the selection of food and the service was first class. Well done to all. The breakfast was fantastic every morning with excellent staff always willing to oblige.Taxi service very good

Some minor issues, an iron in the room would have been helpful.However laundry and ironing services were good. Some days a shortage of poolside loungers. Biggest issue was some of the guests had to get four lifts to their bedroom.
